What to Keep in Mind: Trax G+ Mobile App

1. You will need to create a new user account, on the NEW Trax G+ mobile App.

 APP STORE | GOOGLE PLAY

2. For the moment you can only add Trax G+ devices to the new Trax G+ App.

3. We recommend you to UPDATE THE FIRMWARE ON YOUR Trax G+ to the latest version released!

What to Keep in Mind: Trax Data Plans

Trax G+ is a connected device. It has a built-in SIM Card and a subscription service, just like your mobile telephone. Once the device has calculated its GPS position with the help of the satellites, the location data is sent to the Trax G+ App by cellular network.

You need to activate a data plan for your Trax G+ device to work. There are several prepaid options for 6, 12, and 24 months.
